Legacy Real Estate Management was established in 1999 in by Mr. Joseph Lesak in San Marcos, TX. In 2022, Legacy joined forces with Derrik Hammer and the Hammer Real Estate Company, creating a full-service real estate organization offering assistance to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease property.


Today, the agency continues to provide first-rate real estate services, and customized property management solutions that ensure rental properties are always at peak performance, and in top market condition should owners decide to cash in or upgrade their investments.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
